Q: How much will it cost to have
vending equipment installed and serviced?
A: In most
cases the equipment and service are at no cost to the
location
Q: We only have a small number of
employees that will use the vending machine. Will you
still install and service it?
A: In some cases, where
the location is small, we can still install equipment with
an additional monthly subsidy paid to Metro Vending, by
location to offset the slow vending sales.
Q: Do you carry any healthy snacks?
A: Yes, we carry many items in our machines that are
categorized as healthy snacks. We also carry a large
variety of juices and waters.
Q: Can you vend Coke and Pepsi
beverages out of the same machine?
A: Yes, most of our
machines are able to vend Coke, Pepsi and other brands out
of the same machine.
Q. Do your machines take notes as
well as coins?
A: Yes, our machines will take notes as
well as coins.
Q. Can we request special items to
be filled into machines, and will you get them for us?
A: Yes, we assure you we will make every effort to fulfill
your special requests for the machines, based on the
availability of the requested product.
Q: What if my machines are not
working properly?
A: Please call 1300 362 400 and a
service person will be there promptly.
Q: What if my machines are damaged
or burglarized?
A: Metro Vending is responsible for
all repairs and parts replacement for our equipment.
